Detail Services

Our Consulting Service includes all the stages that originate from the acquisition of the ERP. They are:

Implementation: Following the corresponding BRD (Business Requirement Documents) created by Netsuite where all the necessary requirements for the development of the business have been defined.

Training: Covering all the standard content of CRM and ERP (OneWorld too) and the necessary customization.

Data Conversion: To guarantee the integration and accuracy of the information used in the previous software.

Customization: All the necessary customization of Processes, Forms and Reports according to the needs of the Company.

Use of the Main Tools during User Interface: Knowledge of the most important Netsuite tools to be used during the User Interface, such as: Saved Search, Report Builder, Workflow, SuiteAnalytics Workflow and more.

Adjustments after “On Live”:  Customization could be necessary to cover the Company’s needs. This development would be done in SuiteScript 2.X.

Important

The realization of the previous stages would be done in coordination with the project members who would obtain the necessary knowledge to continue with the administration of the ERP.

Remote Support and Training

Our Remote Support and Training are done with Cisco Webex Meetings, sharing same Netsuite Documents, Screens, Spreadsheets, Reports, Dashboards, etc.
